N. Jakarta Invited Mass Figure to Tackle Terrorist

North Jakarta Administration will raid dormitory and rent house as the anticipation of terrorist act. The administration will also invite mass figure to detect radicalism.

Those two places are prone to be used as staying house

Wahyu Haryadi, Vice North Jakarta Mayor, said that his side has instructed related unit to collect data in residential with many dormitory and rent house. Satpol PP, Sub-dept. of Population and Civil Registration, together with army/police must hold raid.

“Those two places are prone to be used as staying house,” he said, Monday (1/18).

He also asked head of urban village and sub-district to empower RT/RW caretaker and youth to collect the resident data. The urban village and sub-district head could demote RT/RW caretaker if they can not work maximally.

Meanwhile, Erik Polim Sinurat, North Jakarta Head Sub-dept. of Population and Civil Registration, admitted that his side held a raid in Pademangan Sub-district a day after bombing on Jalan MH Thamrin.

“This routine agenda will be also run in Kelapa Gading, Cilincing, and Koja,” he admitted.
